SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — The suspect in the killing of a Sioux Falls man has been transferred from Iowa to South Dakota to face charges.
Eighteen-year-old Samuel Lint of Sioux Falls had been held in Milford, Iowa, on drug charges since his arrest in that state on Jan. 11. Authorities say he was moved to Sioux Falls on Thursday and is due in court on Tuesday.
Lint is charged with murder and robbery for allegedly stealing a wallet and marijuana from 19-year-old Michael Stevens and shooting him three times with a 20-gauge shotgun. Stevens' body was found in a car at the Sioux Falls fairgrounds on Jan. 4.
