The Iowa Air National Guard will soon use the skies over Iowa to prepare for war. The guard says F-16 squadrons will be performing maneuvers they'll use in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The training means an increase in fighter jet traffic at Des Moines International Airport. The guard will also be performing night-time maneuvers and you may see the jets dropping flares.
