After months of waiting, the fight between West Des Moines and Cumming over the piece of land that separates them, could be decided Wednesday night.
Both cities wanted to annex the 500 acre area that lies between them. The meeting has been delayed three times, two of those by winter storms. The state's City Development Board will settle the issue.
