Boone County authorities are investigating the death of a man found north of Boone Monday night. A property owner found a body in a wooded area around 6:00 p.m.
The scene is near the intersection of 115th and Nature Road in northern Boone County. The Division of Criminal Investigation is assisting the Boone County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities have not released the identity of the body found.
