Sigourney Home, Site Of Shooting, Burns Down
A southeast Iowa rental home that was the site of deadly shooting earlier this month has burned down. Sigourney Fire Chief Bill Halleran says the home and a nearby trailer were destroyed shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday night.

He says there were no injuries and the home was vacant at the time of the blaze. The cause is under investigation.

On April 2, authorities found the body of 61-year-old Kenneth Lundy in the home. He died of multiple gunshot wounds.

His son, 32-year-old Kenneth E. Lundy, was arrested on a charge of voluntary manslaughter.
