Funeral services are being held this weekend for two Ankeny children killed in a crash last Thursday.
Visitation for 5-year-old Carson and 5-month-old Claire DeJoode will be Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ankeny First United Methodist Church's Christian Life Center located at 710 NE 36th Street. A memorial service for the children will take place Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
Carson and Claire died over the weekend from injuries received last Thursday when a truck ran a stop sign and hit the van driven by their mother, Heather DeJoode. Heather and her son Chase survived the crash.
No charges have been filed in the accident.
