Parents, students and school officials can voice their concerns Tuesday night over budget cuts at the Des Moines School District.
Administrators need to make up a $33 million budget shortfall. Officials say up to 450 positions could be eliminated, including 300 teachers.
Tuesday's community forum is the first of five to discuss next year's budget. It begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Campus boardroom. That's at 1800 Grand Avenue.
Other forums will be held on the 11th, 18th, 23rd and the 25th of February at various schools around Des Moines.
