Nine members of a Drake fraternity had until Monday to find another place to live. Phi Delta Theta had its charter revoked earlier this month following an alleged hazing incident.
Police say fraternity member Nathan Erickson almost died when he was forced to drink cups of Everclear at an off campus home.
The chapter's national headquarters owns the house and asked members to find a new place by Monday. A spokesperson for the fraternity says all nine do have new places to live but they are not forcing the students out because it's so close to final exams.
