An Iowa rock-and-roll hall of famer and former WHO Radio and TV personality has passed away. Lee Harris died Sunday in Glenwood Springs, Colorado at the age of 87.
Harris hosted the rock-and-roll dance show "The Harris Hop" on WHO-TV in the early 1960's and also appeared on "The Floppy Show." He was inducted into the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
