Huckabee Endorses Vander Plaats for Governor in 2010
A familiar face came back to Iowa to endorse a familiar name to Iowans, even though that person hasn't even officially announced he is a candidate. Former Republican Presidential Candidate Mike Huckabee held several events in Arnold's Park.

The first had him speaking before more than 300 members of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry. Huckabee repeatedly criticized President Obama's administration for the trillions it has spent in the first few months in office. Huckabee said, "Quite frankly my concern is what will it do to the future of my children and one day, maybe my grandchildren."

During Huckabee's second event, he endorsed two-time, and likely, three-time Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Bob Vander Plaats for governor in 2010. Vander Plaats served as state chairman for Huckabee's winning Iowa caucus campaign in 2008.
