The Mahaska County Sheriff's Office say alcohol may have played a role in an early morning rollover. The accident happened around 5:30 Wednesday morning about six miles east of Oskaloosa.
Officials say a truck missed a curve and rolled into a cornfield. Two people in the truck were air-lifted to Des Moines hospitals and three others were taken to a Mahaska County hospital. No information on their conditions has been released at this time.
