The Warren County Sheriff's Office is investigating a single car accident that killed a man late Thursday night. It happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 6000 block of County Road G24 in Norwalk.

Forty-six-year-old Kevin Rex was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedics airlifted passenter 24-year-old Danielle Barnes to Methodist Medical Center where she is in critical condition. Twenty-four-year-old Stephanie Wyckoff was transported to Methodist by ambulance. She is in serious but stable condition.
