The city of Norwalk is moving forward with a city improvement plan. To help pay the estimated $11 million cost of the plan, the city plans to use corporate bonds.
Bonds will soon be accepted at a public meeting August 5th. Projects include City Hall renovations, bike trail improvements, new police cars, a new aerial fire truck and a new ambulance.
Projects will begin in August and continue over the next few years.
