DAVENPORT, Iowa—
The search is still on for a man who escaped from a state residential correctional facility in Davenport.Police say 23-year-old Robert Rhone escaped Tuesday, and may be in the Rock Island area. He was serving time at the facility for theft charges.
Rhone was last seen wearing a green reflective vest and grey sweat shorts.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Davenport Police immediately.
